Order high school transcripts

Ordering your high school transcript is fast, easy, and secure - and you can track the entire process online. 
To order your high school transcript:
  1. Click the link above or go to Parchment.com. 
  2. If you haven’t registered yet, register first and then log in.
    1. Current students can register either by filling out the fields or by entering their registration code. Using a registration code is recommended in order to prevent errors. Contact Ms. Pender for your individual registration code. 
  3. Click My Transcripts.
  4. Enter your high school’s information: Ely Memorial High School and click Search.
  5. Select your high school and click Save & Continue
    • If your school does appear but when you click on it, it says it's not live, please contact your school directly to request your transcript.
  6. You will be brought to the Enter your Enrollment Information page. Fill in the fields.
    • Fields with a * (asterisk) are mandatory.
    • Select whether you'd like to waive your FERPA rights.
    • If you opted in to College Discovery during the registration process, you can select whether you'd like your transcript to be shared with other colleges.
  7. Click Save & Continue.
  8. On the Sign the Transcript Request Form page:
    • Use your mouse or stylus to sign your name in the box.
    • Check the box to confirm that you are authorized to order the transcript, and then type your name.
    • For minors, a parent must sign, type their name and check the box that certifies that they are authorized to sign.
    • Check the last box if you want a copy of your transcript stored in your Parchment account.
  9. Click Save & Continue.
  10. Select the destination that you would like to send your transcript to and fill in the fields. Go to Select Destination Type for more information on the Destination types.
  11. If you are an alumni of Ely Memorial High School, enter your payment details and click Submit. Students are considered alumni starting in the month of August following high school graduation. Alumni will be charged $5 per electronic transcript. Transcripts for current students are free of charge.

Here's what happens next
Your school will receive your transcript request. They will need to approve it and upload your transcript. Once uploaded, Parchment delivers your transcript to your destination. You can track your order online.
